Why: Let me share a quick story - its a personal story, so I get it - its anecdotal at best - but then again so was Buffet's iPhone epiphany at Dairy Queen.

In my spare time I ref rec league basketball and umpire rec league softball - both for working adults whom like to play sports after their work day. Last September, as the NFL was a few days from kicking off, I found myself umping 16 inch Chicago softball one evening. As the game got underway I began to notice several players on their phone - while in the field! This included but was not limited to the goddamn pitcher! He was on the mound, on his phone, drafting players for fantasy football - while pitching!

A lightbulb moment hit me as I was calling balls and strikes. Sports betting is addictive and sports betting is here to stay. You have the current day 20-30 year old males wired in to it - which they will progressively pass down to each reoccurring generation. Draftkings is owner/operator ran out of Boston, MA. It does have plenty of competition - but it has the name brand and American ran operations that could see a long and healthy runway.
